Leona Lewis auctions herself off to raise money for Haiti victims

LONDON - Leona Lewis is auctioning off an afternoon in her company in a bid to raise money for Haiti earthquake victims.

The special time could involve anything from bowling to horse-riding and a meal.

“I’ve been amazed and inspired by the courage of people in Haiti. What’s happened has been so devastating, and I really want to do anything I can to help,” the Mirror quoted her as saying.

She added: “At times like this we’re reminded of how important it is to help, so please dig deep and thanks to all of your for your support.”idding reached 2,000 pounds in just a few hours.

The other offers include a haircut from the singer’s stylist Ben Cooke, a lesson from Lewis’s make-up artist Jane Bradley and a signed disc and goodie bag.

The fund raised will be forwarded to Oxfam’s relief efforts. (ANI)
