LONDON - Fans of singer Carly Simon have been offered the chance to create the first ever video for her song You’re So Vain in a talent competition.

The renowned songwriter has never publicly revealed the inspiration behind her 1972 track.

“People were so busy asking me who the song was about that nobody thought to make a video of it,” The BBC quoted her as saying.

The star will judge the submissions herself and the winning entry will be screened at New York’s Tribeca Film Festival in April.

Simon will also let the winner have a prize from her “personal archives.” (ANI)
