Geri Halliwell’s lover arrested for cocaine possession

LONDON - Geri Halliwell’s lover Henry Beckwith has been arrested for cocaine possession, it has emerged.
The 31-year-old, rumoured to be engaged to the 37-year-old former Spice Girl, was picked up by police after leaving London nightclub Raffles with another woman.
Beckwith was taken in handcuffs to Chelsea police station where he admitted having the drug and was cautioned.
“Beckwith is a regular and was here partying in the early hours of Sunday morning. He was seen going outside and around the corner, where he was searched by police,” the Mirror quoted a Raffles source as saying.
“Raffles has a strict policy on drugs - anyone found with them in the club will be banned. So maybe he decided to take the drugs outside. I’m sure Geri wasn’t too delighted to hear he had been arrested for drugs,” the source added.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “A quantity of white powder was found on a man in Paulton Square and he was arrested on suspicion of possessing a Class-A drug.” (ANI)
