SAN FRANCISCO (GaeaTimes.com)- CW seems to be on a roll lately, having premiered a new show Life Unexpected that occupies the Monday 9.00 pm slot now. It looks like the show is headed towards another success story for CW. Starring Brittany Robertson, (who played Cara Burns in Dan In Real Life) as Lux, the main protagonist, the series was suppose to be named Lux but later changed to a better suiting Life Unexpected.

Consisting of 13 episodes, the show, Life Unexpected will follow the life of Lux who has just been reunited with her biological parents after being in foster care for 15 long years. Even though her parents are not with each other, they are granted custody of Lux and they try to give their long-lost daughter a chance at a normal life which she desperately wants and deserves. The parents are played by Shiri Appleby and Kristoffer Polaha. In real life however, Shiri Appleby and Kristoffer Polaha are both only 12 and 13 years older than their on-screen daughter Lux.

CW has been airing some amazing shows recently including, Vampire Diaries, Supernatural, 90210, Gossip Girls, Life Unexpected etc. This year looks to be highly promising for the Chanel given the fact that it has gone on air with new shows. To top this, the widely watched The Vampire Diaries will be coming back after its winter holidays this month. Sam and Dean Winchester too return to CW with their highly popular Supernatural. Monday to Friday, it looks like the idiot box aficionados will be hooked to just the CW for months before True Blood comes out with a new season on HBO.
