Repetition is the operative word on television these days. Today, each channel is trying to follow the trend started by another one. If one kind of program is hit then the others blindly follow it. Latest example is Balika Vadhu on Colors being followed up by Zee in their show Maa. In soaps like Uttaran and Balika Vadhu, there seems to be a lot of similarities. Both the shows deal with the emotional flow through which a child goes through in their childhood, when in different situations. Presently patchwork is in progress. We will complete all the other formalities as soon as possible and have plans to release the film on June 15. The old film ‘Jaganmohini’ of Vithalacharya is our inspiration behind this movie. Though the story of the film is very old, the director gave a novel movement and brought out the movie to suit the present generation audiences. Post-production works nearing completion for Akasa Ramanna

Shooting part was completed and the post-production works are nearing completion for ‘Akasa Ramanna’ with Allari Naresh, Sivaji and Rajiv Kanakala as heroes and Meera Jasmine and Gowri Pundit as heroines. Directed by Ashok of ‘Flash News’-fame, presented by Manyam Suryanarayana and produced by Manyam Ramesh on the banner of Manyam Entertainments, ‘Akasa Ramanna’ is all set for release either by the end of April or in the first week of May. The producer says, ‘In our regular parlance, ‘Akasa Ramanna’ is a Good Samaritan who passes information regarding some flaw to the concerned persons. At times, the word is also being used to tease people. Our film will have one such person in the backdrop. However, the director moulded it in a novel way to entertain the audiences. There is also a love story with a mix of suspense. In one way, it is a film with a different concept. All the characters are situation-oriented and each character would have its own importance.’ Director says, ‘I am very fortunate to direct three heroes at one go in my second film itself. We prepared the story with equal importance to each hero. Who among them is the title holder is a suspense.’ Rao Ramesh, Tarjan, Raghu, Qayyum, Venu, Sana, Geeta Singh, Banda Jyothi and others are in the cast. Camera is by Sriram, music is by Chakri, dialogues are by Chandrasekhar, while story, screenplay and direction are by Ashok.

Bigg Boss Synopsis 21 November 2008

Zulfi woke up to the title track from "Jumbo" - Raja and Ashutosh were already awake. Raja tells Ashutosh that he was mumbling about milk in his sleep. Then they discuss what the POA will be tomorrow.

Later Zulfi is called in the confession room and the dance marathon task is launched. A little later Ashutosh’s song "Aa Dekhen Zara "is played and he performs while other housemates watch.

The housemates discuss whether the 1 crore countdown flashing on the screen is annoying or inspiring? Its afternoon and the trio sit together and discuss how much Zulfi should charge for a film once he’s out of the house and then the group song is played and the housemates dance.

Raja reads out bits of the Bigg Boss rule book to the other housemates wherein and the housemates are a little amused by how much they have broken the rules during their stay. Raja playfully blames Zulfi for it all.

Bigg Boss announces dinner and a party for the housemates. The party begin and surprise… Ravi Kissen enters the house. Housemates show him around the house and party with him. Ravi Kissen advises the housemates to follow the rule book as it is a critical situation now and even a small mistake could cost a housemate the competition.

The housemates discuss their experience and relationships in the Bigg Boss house with Ravi, who compares it to his past experience. He also scolds the trio on their "Great Escape"… and tells them that the real competition has only just begun….
