MELBOURNE - ‘Rehab’ singer Amy Winehouse has been cleared of assault charges brought against her by a female fan.

Winehouse, 26, was found innocent of charges that she attacked Sherene Flash who had asked for her autograph at a charity ball, reports the Daily Telegraph.

The singer had denied beating the dancer in an alleged incident in Berkeley Square, central London, on September 26, 2008.

The ‘Back to Black’ singer looked relieved as she left Westminster Magistrates Court on November 26. (ANI)
