‘Stick-thin’ Posh named ‘Most Unhealthy Role Model’

LONDON - Victoria Beckham has been named the ‘Most Unhealthy Role Model’ of the past 50 years by fitness experts.
Experts claim that it looks like the mum-of-three looks stays stick-thin by eating too little.
“She has taken calorie restriction to new extremes,” the Sun quoted Personal trainer Ged Musto as saying.
“Her size is achieved by lack of nutrients and too much exercising. She’s a poor role model,” Musto added.
Meanwhile, pop princess Kylie Minogue was named top role model in the poll of more than 50 experts.
One expert said: “She never has that grey and haggard look you get if you don’t eat enough.” (ANI)
