The iconic Hollywood sign is the most problematic location for filmmakers in Hollywood, according to a new Los Angeles City Council survey.

Officials requested a list of the top 10 most popular locations where bureaucratic regulations and other factors make it hard to film, according to the Los Angeles Times.

And the Hollywood sign beat the Griffith Park Observatory and the Los Angeles Zoo to the top of the problem list.

City planners discovered the sites are difficult to film for reasons including rental costs, securing permits, government regulations and even restrictions on providing food for crew members.

Council President Eric Garcetti tells the Times, “Los Angeles is the film capital of the world, but there are too many places in which we tell filming to go away.”
