Is Katrina Kaif married?

Mumbai- Bollywood celebrities are not so much comfortable with the media glare and gossips unlike their counterparts from the West. Katrina Kaif is no exception. The Bollywood diva was stunned with the news of her ’secret marriage’ with BJP MLA Ramesh Mendola.

The shocking news involves a marriage certificate approved by Indore Municipal Corporation claiming that Katrina is married to the MLA on December 2, 2008 and got registered on December 11 the same year.

IMC marriage registrar Dr Natwar Sarda said that marriage certificate is totally fake and was not issued by the municipal body. He described it as an act by some mischievous persons. He added that somebody must have scanned the IMC marriage certificate and showed Ramesh and Katrina as husband and wife with the help of some software. IMC is planning to lodge a complaint to the police to find out the culprit.

Meanwhile, Katrina when asked about her marriage replied that she was in the US on December 2 last year shooting for her film ‘New York’. So how could she be in Indore, getting married to someone she doesn’t even know! Katrina said that she is bothered by the indifferent attitude of the media to her side of the story. She also complained that the media doesn’t listen to her voice in spite of trying several times.

Katrina has been dating Salman Khan for a few years now and is still going great. So, it seems some mischievous monger is doing all this mess.
