Actress D’angelo Sues Tenant

ENTOURAGE star BEVERLY D’ANGELO is heading to court in a bid to evict a tenant from her Beverly Hills home - accusing her of falling behind on her rent.

The actress has filed suit against Adela Ohanesian, claiming she entered into a lease and agreed to pay $8,500 (£5,313) a month for the property.

In papers filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court last month (Oct09), D’Angelo alleges Ohanesian hasn’t settled her bills since August (09) and now owes more than $25,500 (£15,938).

D’Angelo is seeking payment for the overdue rent, as well as $279.45 (£174.66) for each day Ohanesian remained on the premises after 1 August (09). She is also asking for legal fees and for the lease to be dismissed, according to TMZ.com.
