Butler’s Glee At Scottish Premiere

GERARD BUTLER has delighted fans by convincing movie bosses to stage the European premiere of his latest film LAW ABIDING CITIZEN in his native Scotland.

The star, who plays a man intent on avenging the murder of his family in the new thriller, broke the news that the picture’s red carpet event will be held in Glasgow to thrilled devotees during a webchat earlier this week (ends01Nov09).

He says, “Maybe I will see some of you at the premiere of Law Abiding Citizen because we are having our European premiere in Glasgow. Get merry and drink. I wish I could but I can’t. Have a good time!”
