MJ’s pet giraffes facing eviction

WASHINGTON - Pet giraffes of late singer Michael Jackson are reportedly facing eviction from their Arizona home unless their new owner can raise 100,000 dollars in funds.
The four animals previously lived in an enclosure on the King of Pop’s Neverland estate.
Since 2006, they have been housed in the Banjoko Wildlife Preserve in Page. They are cared by Freddie Hancock, reports Contactmusic.
But now the tall animals may have to find a new home because local council officials are refusing to provide emergency cover for the animals unless Hancock hands over the huge sum to pay for insurance.
According to TMZ.com, the caretaker is trying to obtain a 100,000-dollar bond from an insurance company, but that requires a special form from the city itself to complete the deal - which council officials are reportedly refusing to issue. (ANI)
