Avril Lavigne dismisses new love reports

LONDON - Canadian singer Avril Lavigne, who recently split from her husband Deryck Whibley, has dismissed rumours that she has found new love.

Lavigne, 25, had last month confirmed her marriage to the Sum 41 star was over just three years after they walked down the aisle, with both parties insisting the split was “amicable”, reports the Daily Express.

Whibley was recently spotted holding hands with a new woman during a trip to Las Vegas and Lavigne was rumoured to have moved on herself, reportedly romancing Dole Food Company billionaire Justin Murdock.

But the singer has confirmed there is no truth to the story, with a representative telling GossipCop.com the reports are “totally 100 per cent not true”. (ANI)
