Jackson’s Doctor Has ‘no Legal Standing’ In Kids’ Affairs

MICHAEL JACKSON’s former skin doctor has been told to butt out of the lives of the King of Pop’s kids.
A Los Angeles judge has ruled Dr. Arnold Klein has no legal right to raise concerns about the welfare of Prince Michael and Paris.
Klein’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, showed up in probate court as guardianship and estate issues were being thrashed out after Jackson’s death in June (09).
According to court documents, obtained by TMZ.com, the judge ruled Klein had no legal standing because there’s a “conclusive presumption” Jackson and Debbie Rowe are the parents of the King of Pop’s two eldest kids.
The court also determined there is “no legal mother” of Prince Michael Jackson, II - aka Blanket.
