Boreanaz Flu Closes Bones Set

Production on hit U.S. TV forensics drama BONES came to a halt on Monday (05Oct09) after DAVID BOREANAZ was hit with a bout of influenza.

The actor was due to film a number of scenes, but was struck down with the flu and was unable to make it onto the set.

A spokesperson for the show says, “David is out with the flu and the show shut down today since he was in every scene. We hope to resume production tomorrow.”

In a post on his Twitter.com page, show creator Hart Hanson has reassured fans Boreanaz is expected to make a full recovery, and is due back on set on Tuesday (06Oct09).
