Erin Andrews Peephole Video: Michael David Barrett Arrested

Erin Andrews Peephole Video was a heavily sought out item on the internet, and a nightmare for Erin Andrews. Michael David Barrett has been arrested on Friday as the man who secretly filmed ESPN reporter, Erin Andrews in a major breakthrough.

ESPN Reporter Erin Andrews had paparazzi stalking her “like Britney Spears”. Erin Andrews earlier confirmed her intention to seek criminal charges and civil lawsuit against the perpetrators.

According to FBI report, Michael David Barrett had a total of eight Erin Andrews Peephole Videos and posted seven of them online. FBI also believes that Barrett called numerous hotels in Nashville to find which one Erin Andrews was staying at.

Michael David Barrett is charged on federal stalking charges and was arrested Friday, October 2, 2009 at O’Hare International Airport, located in New York. The FBI also reports that Michael David Barrett requested that the hotel place him in a room adjacent to that of Erin Andrews.

Michael David Barrett contacted TMZ to sell the videos. TMZ refused the offer and informed Erin Andrews attorney instead leading to his arrest.

We agree with Erin Andrews released statement where she calls for stricter state and federal laws against criminal stalking. I think it should be for all kind of stalking including ones by paparazzi.
