LONDON - Spanish actress Penelope Cruz says she tries to keep herself engaged in work otherwise she starts panicking about her life.

I have always been a worried soul and so I like to keep myself engaged in some work or else I start worrying about life, femalefirst.co.uk quoted Cruz as saying.

Cruz, 35, also revealed that she learnt to act during her teenage years by watching women pampered in a beauty salon in her hometown of Spain.

It was my first acting school. I would pretend to be doing my homework, but I was really observing the women, Cruz said.
