Director DIABLO CODY is set to bring 1990s TV teen drama SWEET VALLEY HIGH to the big screen.

The popular series, adapted from the books by Francine Pascal, ran from 1994 to 1997, chronicling the lives of twin high school students Elizabeth and Jessica Wakefield in California.

Now Juno director Cody is in talks with bosses at Universal to transform the tales into a feature length movie, according to the Hollywood Reporter. (CL/HR/ZN)
