Judge Denies Woman Contesting Jackson’s Will

A woman trying to contest MICHAEL JACKSON’s will has had her attempt turned down by a U.S. judge.
Charlaine Buie maintains she had a relationship with the late singer and appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court Judge on Tuesday (22Sep09) to object to Jackson’s will, reports RadarOnline.com.
It is believed Buie was contesting the document in a bid to claim a portion of the Billie Jean hitmaker’s estate.
But Judge Mitchell Beckloff denied Buie’s motion, ruling that she had no standing.
