Hamm Went Back To High School To Teach

MAD MEN star JON HAMM returned to his high school before making his name as an actor - to teach.

The St. Louis, Missouri-born and raised star graduated college and decided to pay back those who had helped him early on in his life by going back to school.

He says, “The high school I went to had given me a tremendous amount of opportunity educationally and socially and everything else, and I wanted to give something back.

“I wasn’t in a financial situation to put my name on a building, or anything like that, so I figured I could at least give my time. I did that for a year.”
