Swift Buys First Home

Country star TAYLOR SWIFT is moving out of her family home - she’s bought her first apartment.

The You Belong With Me singer spent her childhood in Tennessee and has been living with her mum ever since.

But the 19 year old, who became the first country artist to win an MTV Video Music Award at the weekend (13Sep09) when she claimed Best Female Video, is finally flying the nest and is celebrating her MTV win with a new home.

She says, “I just got my first condo.”
