Brown Celebrating Baby’s Birth With Cma Nominations

Country singer ZAC BROWN had twice the reason to celebrate on Wednesday (09Sep09) - his wife SHELLY gave birth to their third daughter on the same day his band was nominated for four Country Music Awards.

The star became a dad for a third time to little Georgia Sloan Brown late on Wednesday. She joins sisters Justice, two, and Lucy, 16 months.

Brown’s representative tells People.com, “September ninth was a day of many blessings for the Brown family.”

The Zac Brown Band will compete for Best New Artist, Best Vocal Group, Best Single and Song of the Year prizes at the CMA ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee on 11 November (09).
