Josh: A Preview

South Indian Filmmaker Vasu Verma’s latest Telugu flick “Josh” is an action oriented modern day film that portrays the lifestyle of the college going youths. The film also marks as a comeback movie for the actor J D Chekravarthy (remember Satya?), who returns to the silver screen after a long hiatus. The actor would be seen in a whole new “avataar”, playing the role of a negative character.
Chekravarthy will share the screen space along with Naga Chaitanya and Karthika. Naga Chaitanya, the son of South Indian Superstar Nagarjuna, would be making his debut via this film. Karthika, the daughter of the famous actress Radha, has been roped in as the lead actress.
The film is slated to hit the screens on September 5th, after being postponed back for two days. The film was initially planned to have a world wide release on the 3rd of September. But due to the demise of the AP Chief Minister YSR Reddy, who was reportedly killed in a helicopter crash, that the makers of the movie decided to release the movie on 5th September on Children’s day.
Dil Raju, the producer of “Josh” has reportedly banked a lot on the movie. The action flick, which is targeted to the youth of the nation, is persistently regarded as one of the most anticipated movies of the year. The music of “Josh” composed by the renowned music director, Sandeep Chowta has been a hit amongst the teens and the college goers.
The movie is a must watch for the youths as it promises to entertain us with its high profile action sequences and an entertaining storyline.
