Poison completes censor formalities

Censor formalities were complete for ‘Poison’ directed by Phaniraj and produced by D Rameshbabu under the banner of Joshika Sai Lakshmi Films with Rajiv Kanakala, Sindhu Tulani and Suhasini in the lead.

Director says, "We are planning to release the film as soon as possible. We made the film with a concept- how an issue like poison brought changes in the lives of certain people’s lives. It has several elements like love, sentiment and suspense. Sindhu Tulani’s performance would be a highlight."

Producer says, "We liked the story narrated by Phaniraj, and we came forward to produce the film because it has a story which is different from routine. Music has its own importance in this film. Chandralekha scored memorable tunes. We are making efforts to release the film in September."

Nagendra Prasad, Mumait Khan, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam, AVS and others are in the cast. Camera is by Vamsikrishna, while Anup Chakravarthy is the presenter.
