LONDON - Cheryl Cole has ditched her nice girl image in a bid to get nasty for the new series of ‘X Factor’.

The last series saw the Girls Aloud singer blub her away through many emotional moments on the hit ITV reality show.

However, Cole says she has since toughened up and is ready to give contestants a hard time.

“I feel this year I’m more experienced as a judge and in saying no,” the Daily Star quoted Cole as saying.

“I struggled at first last year in saying no to people. I think I may have been giving false hope.

“This year I’ve learned more, I’m more able to say no to people that don’t have what we’re looking for and I don’t feel as bad,” she added. (ANI)
