K..K..Kiran ki rail Yatra

Kiran is back with the season two of ‘Aapki Kachehri’, with the same passion but bigger intention. Recently, she commenced a rail yatra from Marine Drive to Dadar in the general compartment of Mumbai locals. Yatra aimed at beginning a movement to reform relationships. Commuter actively shared their grievances with her.

She guided a girl in the train who grieved to her, “My father died on-duty but the organization is not granting me a job in his place.” Dr. Bedi counseled her, “You should first find out the recruiting rules and whether there is any scope to recruit, if yes then what is the percentage and then within that rule you apply for it.” As the girl was not even high school graduate, Ms Bedi advised her to study from an open school and simultaneously apply for the job, as no organization can recruit anyone who is below high school.

Another man lamented that police is turning deaf ears to his complain in the matter of property possession. “Police cannot help you without courts order. You go to the court, file a case and if courts orders, only then can police do anything,” directs Ms Bedi.

Her yatra infers that ‘ignorance’ is bigger problem than the actual problem today
