Goody’s mum wants to have baby girl in honour of late daughter

LONDON - Jade Goody’s mother Jackiey has revealed she wants to have a baby girl her late daughter always dreamed about.

The 51-year-old, who is drawing plans to tie the knot with toyboy lover Jason Cooper next year, said she hoped to become a mother again in tribute of Jade.

“I may be 51 but it’s not too late, I could still get pregnant,” The Daily Star quoted her as saying.Jason’s had the snip but he’s seriously considering having it reversed. We’d love to have the baby girl that Jade always wanted.

“I’m sure I can get pregnant naturally so I don’t even need to think about IVF. Jade would be over the moon for me if I got pregnant and I think it would be a wonderful tribute to her,” she added.

Jade, who had two sons, had revealed her wish to have a baby girl just months before she passed away aged 27 after losing her battle to cervical cancer on Mother’s Day this year.

At the time, she said: “Knowing I’ll never have another baby is heartbreaking. I’ve got two boys who I idolise but I would have loved a little girl to give her the childhood I never had.” (ANI)
