MELBOURNE - An Australian troupe of dancers wooed crowd by honouring Michael Jackson with their routines.
The Milingimbi artists performed in front of more than 100 people as a Jackson Five-esque group at the Royal Darwin Show.
According to the Northern Territory News, six-year-old Lauchlan Baker was nothing less than a showstopper when he break danced his way across the stage half-way through hit Jackson track “Jam”.
Milingimbi dance troupe organiser Daisy Baker said even she was taken in by surprise with the performance that sent the crowd into a deafening applause.
“I was amazed. They practiced secretly so that was the first time I saw it on stage,” News.com.au quoted her as saying.
“I just feel so proud - not just for myself or my own children, but for the people of the world.
“Like the song black and white, let’s get together and mix it up a bit. It was just great,” she added. (ANI)
