Fifteen minutes of sit-ups a day keep Shakira’s curves intact

LONDON - Shakira needs 15 minutes of sit-ups a day and an everyday workout to get her body back in shape before she finally goes on to promote her album.
The Latin diva is all set to release her eagerly awaited album, She Wolf, which is believed to be on the road to become winner.
According to reports, the ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ hit-maker is moaning and groaning throughout the songs, some of which have been produced by Pharrell Williams.
Talking about her famous curves, Shakira revealed the secret to how she stays in shape.
“When I’m not promoting or performing I let things go,” the Mirror quoted Shakira as saying.
“But I’ve been doing 15 minutes of sit-ups a day and working out pretty much every day. It doesn’t take long to get your body back into shape though - two weeks tops,” she added. (ANI)
