LONDON - American hip-hop group Black Eyed Peas have been accused by British DJ Adam Freeland of copying one of his songs.

Freeland says the group used the beat from his track “Mancry” in their song “Party all the time”, which featured on their latest record “The E.N.D.”, reports contactmusic.com.

The star has taken to his twitter.com page to express his outrage, alleging the Black Eyed Peas track sampled his work without permission.

“OK. Check this. Listen to our song ‘Mancry’. Now listen to Black Eyed Peas’ ‘Party all the time’,” Freeland posted on his Twitter homepage.

Although Freeland has yet to take legal action against the band, lawyers for both sides have been in contact.
