Britney Spears sued by photographer she ran over

LOS ANGELES - Pop diva Britney Spears has been sued by a press photographer who was run over by her car in 2007.

The singer had struck photographer Rick Mendoza’s foot with her Mercedes as she drove out of a parking garage in Beverly Hills, California, reported contactmusic.com.

Now, two years later, Mendoza has filed a suit against the Toxic hitmaker as well as her management representatives, who he claims “should have known… Britney was not in the mental, emotional and physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner.”
